    **Overview**

    ABM is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Information Security Application Administrator (ISAA** ). The ISAA position directly reports to the Sr. Director, Cyber & Information Security. The Senior Information Security Application Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of Information Security applications to safeguard the organization's information assets, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and support the organization's overall security posture. This role requires a strong understanding of information security and compliance principles, along with technical expertise in these specific tools.

    **Responsibilities:**

    **Information Security Applications Administration:**

    + Configure, install, and maintain the Navex, Fastpath, and other information application solutions to ensure their optimal performance and functionality.

    + Ability to collaborate with other IT teams to develop solutions using the Navex software.

    + Implement and manage access controls, user roles, and security policies within these systems.

    + Maintain and upgrade Navex, Fastpath, and other information security software as needed to address security vulnerabilities and ensure up-to-date functionality.

    **Security and Compliance Management:**

    + Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

    + Monitor and report on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance deviations, and take appropriate corrective actions.

    **User and Access Management:**

    + Oversee user account provisioning and de-provisioning processes to ensure only authorized personnel have access to systems and data.

    + Manage user roles and permissions to enforce the principle of least privilege.

    **Monitoring and Reporting:**

    + Set up monitoring and alerting systems within Navex, Fastpath, and other information security applications to detect suspicious activities and unauthorized access.

    + Generate and review security and compliance reports, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

    **Incident Response:**

    + Develop and maintain an incident response plan and assist in responding to security incidents related to Navex and Fastpath or other security-related issues.

    **Documentation and Training:**

    + Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Navex, Fastpath, and other information security systems and procedures.

    + Provide training and guidance to staff on security and compliance best practices.

    **Collaboration:**

    + Collaborate with other IT teams, such as network security, infrastructure, and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to security.

    **Required Qualifications:**

    + Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + At least 5 7 years of experience as a system administrator.

    + Proven experience in information security, compliance, and Navex and Fastpath administration.

    + Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant vendor-specific certifications are a plus.

    + Strong knowledge of information security principles, regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and best practices.

    + Proficiency in Navex and Fastpath software and related tools.

    + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    + A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security and administration, with a focus on Navex and Fastpath administration.
