    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 3 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience willing to float within similar units.

    Responsibilities
    Position based in an acute care hospital within the inpatient rehab unit
    Day shifts, scheduled as Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
    Expectation to float between acute rehab and like units following proper orientation
    Epic EMR experience is required
    All travelers may be required to float between facilities within the state
    Proper orientation provided before floating to acute rehab or similar units
    Minimal to no requested time off (RTO) will be accommodated; all RTO must be included at time of consideration
    Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot be within 50 miles of the facility
    Free parking is available on site
    Scrub color for therapy staff is not specified
    Local candidates are accepted

    Requirements
    Minimum 3 years of recent inpatient rehabilitation physical therapy experience required
    References from at least 2 supervisors covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required
    Must provide Social Security card and Driver's License for consideration
    COVID and Flu vaccination documentation required
    Epic charting experience required
    Physical Therapy license required if applicable
    Pending licenses are not accepted
