Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly/quarterly close processes following GAAP.
Maintain corporate policies and fixed asset schedules.
File multi-state tax returns accurately and ensure vendor compliance.
Drive strategic initiatives such as finance transitions in acquisitions/divestitures.
Coordinate diverse accounting functions including governmental, municipal, and local contracts.
Manage annual budgeting and variance analytics.
Ensure compliance in intercompany relationships and external audits.
Assist in executive proposal reviews and ERP system management.

Qualifications:
Bring your bachelor's degree, and if you've got that CPA badge, even better.
Proven experience with accounting, finance, or auditing. Construction / manufacturing industry experience preferred
Excel whiz? Perfect.
