• Manage planning and execution to meet customer commitments and requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the operations by the application of lean principles to improve safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop, align, and maintain communications throughout the organization to achieve the business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in a technicalrelated field or business or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing
• Experience in a metal manufacturing plant a big plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve difficult problems effectively and implement longterm solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
