- Active LPN/RN license in the State of Kentucky
- Management experience in nursing administration
- Ability to work Monday – Friday with evening and on-call weekends, and other hours as requested by the Executive
- Director to meet the business needs
- Proficiency in EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of physiology, nursing, HIPAA, and medical terminology
- Experience in personal care, assisted living, or nursing home setting
- Familiarity with residents' rights, MDS, and Medicare regulations
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Excellent communication skills
