We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team and ensure our operations exceed the standards of regulatory compliance and efficiency.

    Position: Quality Assurance Manager
    Location: Clarksville, TN
    Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM; most Saturdays, 7 AM - 3 PM)
    Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience

    Job Description: As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of our quality management system and training program. This role is pivotal in maintaining our compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies and enhancing the overall operational efficiency of our center.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the Quality Technicians and the Supervisor of Quality and Training.
    • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and internal training programs.
    • Oversee the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, including CAPA systems.
    • Collaborate with center management to enhance staff training and operational procedures.
    • Manage the Deviation Management System, ensuring thorough investigations and effective resolutions.
    • Periodically perform self-assessments to measure and improve quality and compliance standards.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the quality assurance and center teams.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a regulated environment.
    • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
    • In-depth understanding of CLIA, cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
