Job Description

The Patient Service Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service and assistance to the patients who visit our Alternative Treatment Center (ATC) in Lebanon, NH. **Temescal Wellness** is a new business operating in a constantly changing regulatory environment, and therefore, the job description below may not cover all tasks. All team members are expected to help out as necessary to ensure the successful launch and operation of each market. The Patient Service Associate role aims to offer patients a personalized buying experience, striving to work closely with each individual to identify the most suitable product.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients and caregivers in accessing cannabis products
Participate in continuous customer service training
Help with opening and closing the dispensary following operational policies
Ensure compliance with program regulations related to retail operations and product dispensing
Maintain a well-stocked and organized dispensary
Adhere to cleanliness and safety guidelines for product handling
Provide a personalized patient experience by assisting in product selection
Ensure store and asset security, including cash handling
