    Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

    Position Summary:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Professionally answer incoming calls, ensuring prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and provide product and service education.
    • Efficiently process payments with precision.
    • Navigate multiple computer applications to provide accurate information.
    • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Minimum 1 year of Call Center/Dispatch experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal and typing skills.
    • Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
