    Job Description We are looking for a Director of Compensation and Benefits based in Seattle, Washington who will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing a firm's compensation and benefits programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
    • Conduct regular market research to establish pay practices and benefits offerings that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
    • Oversee and manage the compensation and benefits team to ensure operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with senior management to design compensation packages and bonus programs that motivate employees.
    • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
    • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
    • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Director of Compensation and Benefits or similar role.
    • Thorough knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
    • Excellent understanding of compensation cycle management.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Professional certification in compensation and benefits is a plus.
