Job Summary:
The Production Utility Support role assists the inbound production area with general shop and material support duties to ensure efficient workflow and organization. This is a hands-on support role responsible for maintaining production flow, supporting material availability, and keeping the work area organized and production-ready.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Assist with daily inbound activities including inspecting, staging, and delivering materials to appropriate production areas
- Support logistics and production teams to maintain steady workflow and material availability
- Track incoming materials and notify supervisor of delays, shortages, or issues affecting production
- Assist with proper staging and organization of materials for scheduled production builds
- Support material movement and staging tasks to help maintain production flow
- Maintain a clean and organized staging and material handling area
- Assist with resolving inbound material-related issues under direction of leadership
Key skills include:

- Physical fitness to lift and assemble products
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use hand tools
- High School education or equivalent
Physical Demands:
- Almost continual sitting
- Occasional kneeling, bending
- Considerable manual dexterity with hands
- Considerable amount of lifting and moving parts
Working Conditions:
- Almost continual work in a non-climate-controlled production environment, with seasonal temperature extremes hot or cold.
- Considerable exposure to noise levels conducive to a manufacturing department or heavy equipment.
- Occasional to frequent overtime.
