    Description
    Qualifications:
    • Must be able to stand on your feet for the majority of the day and work in hot conditions, as well as crawl under lines and climb ladders.
    • Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
    • Must be able to work weekends as necessary.
    • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
    • No travel.
    • Mechanic: 3 years (Required).

    Responsibilities:
    • The hours are: 7pm-1am or 1am-7am on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and then Thursday and Friday or Saturday Sunday 12hr shift - 7pm - 7am.
    • Weekends required (alternating shift, switches each week).
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with high-speed production line equipment (e.g., mechanical drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors).
    • Working with Electrical staff, troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with packaging/processing equipment such as wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, motors and drives.
    • Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks safely, cost effectively and on time.
    • Support food safety, quality and continuous improvement activities.
    • Request the design/fabrication of replacement parts or equipment as needed.
    • Take lead to consult with internal resources to resolve issues and make improvements to equipment.
    • Maintain a clean and orderly work area ensuring work space and storage areas are free from debris and clutter.
