Additionally, the new president and CEO will work to continue to advance the foundation's mission and strategy while serving as a trusted collaborator with the foundation's partner organizations. It is expected that the president and CEO serve as a key voice and thought leader on issues related to equity and economic prosperity.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the president and CEO will lead the Foundation in executing its mission ensuring that more students who reflect California's diversity complete a B.A. and access educational opportunities for a better life. We believe this is best accomplished when California's education system is designed to meet students' needs, dedicated to fulfilling their aspirations and ensures equitable outcomes. The president and CEO will guide the Foundation's strategy, and in conjunction with the senior management team, oversee and manage all of the entity's operations. The incumbent serves as an
