    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Mena, AR at Mena Regional Health System, Surgical Services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse / Scrub Tech, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, assisting with surgical procedures, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during their stay. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

    Qualifications

    • Valid LPN or RN license or Scrub Tech Certification
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or Scrub Tech School
    • Prior experience in surgical services is preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
    • Commitment to patient safety and quality care
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
