My client seeks a Regional Account Representative for their growing Retail Construction Management Firm. Someone who knows the major players in Retail Construction and can bring in Business. Well known retail and restaurant chains are the target market and your experience in going after these types of clients for new projects is what my client seeks. Any direct work for landlords having ties to owner/developers would work too If this sounds like you, we should talk Additional duties include:

• Commercial fit outs
• Health and dental office fit outs
• Knows Owners, Architects and has relationships
• Verticals—Retail, Restaurants, commercial Landlords ( Simon, Brandywine, Preit, Kimco, Federal realty, etc....), Healthcare, University, Hospitals,
• Mixed Use
• Assisted Living
• Industrial- Freezer, refrigerated, tilt up buildings, etc
