- Retrieves purchased parts from inventory or determines availability if not in stock.
- Prepares parts requisitions and submits orders as needed.
- Assists customers in selecting parts accurately, offers complementary items, and promotes the full product line.
- Manages phone calls, provides information and price quotes.
- Sets up and processes daily orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
- Verifies and manages inventory files regularly.
- Supports outside sales representatives.
- Ensures timely delivery of parts for repairs.
- Maintains inventory levels and replenishes stock daily.
- Advises on pricing strategies to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
- Conducts inventory control activities and audits.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
- Follows company policies and regulations diligently.
- Attends training sessions and company meetings when required.

Requirements
Competencies
This role involves medium/heavy work, including lifting and standing for long periods.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
