    This is a newly established business development role that will be responsible for managing the Building Automation relationship, delivery, and roadmap with Honeywell's global real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer success of Honeywell with four methods to drive growth and success:

    1. Ensure the Honeywell sites are well managed by the HBS teams (sales and operations).
    2. Establish and oversee pilot sites for NPI testing and launch.
    3. Establish and oversee customer showcase sites that can demonstrate Building Automation equipment.
    4. Own and manage customer leads driven from relationships with the real estate team and from showcase sites.

    In this role, you will work with senior leadership around the world across all the Honeywell SBGs, Corporate Real Estate, Finance, and HBT Service's local delivery teams. You will have the opportunity to present to the senior leadership team in Honeywell on how we are jointly driving growth and customer satisfaction within Honeywell.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Track and own initiatives driven between Global real estate and Building Automation.
    • Project Management of pilot and showcase sites.
    • Customer Success management across all Honeywell Sites; ensure issues are addressed by sales or operations as appropriate.
    • Manage relationships with the key stakeholders in global real estate across Hon sites.
    • Ensure leads are properly followed timely and thoroughly.
    • Host tours for customers at Charlotte Headquarters site.
    • Pass input back to offering management based on customer insights and feedback.

    Key Success Factors (Key Metrics / KPIs / Deliverables)

    • All Honeywell facilities on current technology platforms.
    • Deliver project/services scope to schedule/quality/budget
    • Ensure pipeline and orders from showcase sites and leads from global real estate
    • Ensure Security, Safety, Energy, and Uptime targets for each showcase site is met
    • Drive positive Customer Stakeholder satisfaction to target (NPS)
    • Ensure showcase sites are driving adoption of digital offerings: Forge, Sine, Cyber

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Business Development, Project Management or Sales background preferred
    • Preferred 5 years of experience with thorough knowledge of Service type of business and/or customer success processes

    • Strong understanding of service operations and its metrics, besides good knowledge on service processes, systems and tools.

    • Can quickly earn the respect of internal and external customers and all levels of management by demonstrating solid industry and solution knowledge and expertise

    • Experience working in a multi-national, matrixed organization
    • Self-motivated with focus on results and sense of urgency
    • Building Technology Projects & Services industry experience
    • Experience with SFDC
    • Experience with SAP
    • Strong PowerPoint and Excel Skills
    • Strong understanding of service business financials
    • Strong understanding of digital service operations and cybersecurity threats and solutions
