    Key Responsibilities:

    • Location & Collaboration : This is a full-time, remote position. You'll work closely with our Sales team, subject matter experts, client experience managers, and fellow consultants to secure new projects and drive success.
    • Expertise & Leadership : Flaunt your subject matter expertise through independent research, mentor junior team members, and lead by example in various innovation strategy projects, including technology landscapes, market assessments and new product development and adjacency strategies.
    • Project Mastery : Own projects from inception to closure. Craft compelling proposals, spearhead project execution with a small, dynamic team, and present the final deliverables to our clients, ensuring project profitability.
    • Networking & Strategy Development : Cultivate a rich network among business and scientific leaders in emerging technologies and among our diverse clientele. Play a strategic role in shaping the future direction of the CPG group alongside our leadership team.
    • Travel : Be ready to travel approximately 30% of the time to connect with clients and lead projects to success.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • A Master's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline.
    • 5-7 years of prior consulting experience in the CPG sector.
    • Exceptional team leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Proven excellence in time, project, and team management in a fast-paced setting.
    • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and an adaptive mindset.
    • Fluency in English, with additional language skills (Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, or French) considered a plus.
