    IW Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & Activations Manager to join our award-winning entertainment team in our Los Angeles headquarters.

    This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build best-in-class and industry-first campaigns for our clients (film studios, television networks, lifestyle brands), maximizing reach through creative digital, social, and experiential strategies and tactics.

    Key Responsibilities


    Digital Marketing:
    Design, implement and lead social media and digital marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple clients
    Supervise digital content development and production
    Identify, research, negotiate, and vet influencer partnerships from contract to content
    Conduct social listening and audits that can be converted to insights, learnings and takeaways
    Identify creative ways to integrate AI solutions across development and implementation phases
    Demonstrate measurable ROI for campaigns using data and analytics
    Research benchmark trends and audience preferences related to client industries and multicultural audiences
    Write dynamic copy for social and digital content


    Activations & Events:
    Oversee activations both IRL and digital from conception to completion, managing the entire process from strategy to execution
    Develop non-traditional news-making activities and PR stunts
    Explore and secure partnership opportunities with brands, influencers/celebrities, and/or NGOs
    Work closely with the PR team to support communications and media-related materials
    Manage client budget and expenses


    Business Growth:
    Develop impactful relationships with clients and stakeholders
    Meet revenue and profitability goals
    Provide new business support by participating in pitch presentations and preparing client-ready presentations supported by strategy, research, and insights
    Work closely with the finance team to manage contracts, budget, and staffing hours


    Management:
    Manage a high-performing team by providing training, oversight, and quality control
    Oversee professional development of direct reports
    Engage in professional and community organizations related to the agency's and client's business/industry
    Help build industry visibility for the entertainment department through awards submissions, speaking opportunities, etc.
    Ensure staff adherence to company and department policies.
    Complete required manager and leadership training provided by the company

    Minimum Job Requirement


    Experience:
    Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in entertainment digital marketing at an agency, studio or network
    Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing managerial role or above
    Relevant experience in influencer relations
    Experience with generative AI tools including, but not limited to, ChatGPT, Dall-E, etc.

    Relevant experience across key social media properties including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

    Content distribution expertise spanning owned, earned, and paid digital channels
    Relevant experience in activations and event planning
    Asian American / multicultural marketing knowledge and experience highly preferred


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Exceptional client relations skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Understanding of the current entertainment landscape
    Organizational skills, demonstrated initiative, flexibility, sound judgment, and a positive attitude
    Must possess the ability to multi-task and effectively manage deadlines
    Ability to create budgets and monitor expenditures
    Proficiency in all basic software (i.e. MS Office) and social media platforms
    Up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
    Must be willing and able to travel and staff events
    Commitment to getting the job done (willing to work long hours and during evenings/weekends when necessary)
    Ability to collaborate effectively across PR, Strategy, and Production/Creative teams is required.


    Education:
    Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field of study
