Job summary
This position is responsible for compiling and maintaining personnel records and administrative support of day to day Human Resources operations.A minimum of one (1) year experience in Human Resources or work in a similar administrative or customer service capacity is required.
The job requires basic knowledge of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access), good human relations and people skills,
good communication skills including written and oral communication,
and bi-lingual preferred.
- Presents employee information such as personal data; compensation tax data; attendance performance reviews or evaluations vacations termination date reason.
- Certifies new hires pre employment physical examinations drug screens separation notices.
- Maintains computer employee data information updates files document actions provide payroll uses answers inquiries authorized persons compiles reports maintains records assist benefits administration answers incoming telephone calls performs related clerical duties HR department needed follows Company policies procedures relative safety environmental quality principles assigned Management works overtime required.
