What is the position?
The Executive Administrative Assistant supports senior leaders by delivering strategic administrative and operational coordination across global teams.

This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, strengthening communication, and ensuring seamless collaboration in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable managing competing priorities.

What are the responsibilities?

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:
Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering clear communication and collaboration across teams
Maintain organized digital workflows using tools for document management and automation
Build and manage Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs, project milestones, and team resources
Develop and administer SharePoint sites to enhance knowledge sharing and project coordination
Oversee complex scheduling, meetings, and event logistics across multiple international time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and collaborate with internal partners such as IT, HR, and facilities
Support employee engagement initiatives and community-related activities
Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness

What are the requirements?
Strong Power BI experience creating and analyzing dashboards
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
Proficiency in SharePoint for document control and workflow optimization
Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Background in event coordination and administrative project management
Experience within engineering or manufacturing environments is a plus
