We re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants a rewarding outpatient role with a supportive team, predictable schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

You ll step into a clinical role focused on routine preventive and restorative dental care for underinsured, uninsured, and low-income patients.

You ll provide cleanings, exams, and patient education, supported by a full clinical team in a collaborative environment.

You ll practice in Aurora, Colorado, a vibrant city in the greater Denver area with access to golf courses, reservoirs, over 97 parks, and more than 5,000 acres of open space and trails, while enjoying the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and a community-focused, affordable lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay:
$40.35 $57.69 based on experience

• Relocation assistance available

Health insurance:
Employer pays 60% (Employee: $29.42 $80.71 biweekly)

Dental & Vision insurance:
Employee: $7.29 biweekly

Life insurance:
Employer-paid up to $50,000

Paid Time Off: 21 days annually + 7 paid holidays

Sick time:
up to 48 hours

• CME: 5 days approved with $3,500 annual allowance

Retirement: 401(k) with up to 5% match
