    Job Description:

    As a Home-based Appointment Setter at LoneStar Voyages, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our travel advisors from the comfort of your own home. You will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their travel needs, and coordinating appointments to facilitate personalized travel consultations.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in travel services.
    2. Appointment Scheduling: Reach out to leads to schedule appointments for travel consultations with our advisors, ensuring efficient use of their time and maximizing client engagement.
    3. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients in a professional and engaging manner to understand their travel preferences, answer inquiries, and provide basic information about our services.
    4. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments, remind clients of upcoming meetings, and address any additional questions or concerns.
    5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and client interactions in the company database or CRM system.
    6. Collaboration: Coordinate with the travel advisors to ensure they are prepared for scheduled appointments and have necessary information about client preferences and requirements.
    7. Performance Tracking: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation, appointment scheduling, and conversion rates to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
    2. Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales, preferably in the travel industry.
    3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
    4. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed performance goals.
    5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing leads and scheduling appointments efficiently.
    6. Comfortable working with technology and proficiency in using CRM software, email, and other communication tools.
    7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    8. Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping clients create memorable experiences.
