    **$2,500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time positions scheduled 16 to 63 hours per pay period**

    We are seeking Home Health Aides to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.

    Schedules currently available include every other weekend and every other holiday:

    • 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Part-time (32 hours per 2 week pay period)
    • 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Part-time hours per 2 week pay period)

    Location Information

    Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is our youngest community. Social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites. The Redwoods Senior Apartments, opened adjacent to the main campus in November 2017.

    Responsibilities

    Provides personal services and cares for clients residing in their own apartment. Performs services for clients as directed to maintain the personal comfort and safety of the client; attends a minimum of four staff meetings annually; maintains current CPR and First Aide Certification.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified as a Nursing Assistant in Minnesota (preferred)
    • Completion of a Home Health Aide certification course, if not a certified nursing assistant (preferred)
    • Previous one year experience working as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant (if no certification, previous experience is required)

    Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgments
    • Dependability
    • Ability to follow orders
    • Documentation skills; excellent verbal and written skills
    • Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job
