    Job Description

    We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to become part of our team. Your main duties will involve all aspects of human resources, from attracting new team members to retaining current ones.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Screen, recruit, and conduct interviews with potential candidates
    • Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new staff
    • Instill and uphold company culture, values, and policies
    • Generate requested reports and maintain necessary documents for management
    • Organize events that promote employee acknowledgment
    • Ensure accurate upkeep of employee records
    • Handle company payroll procedures

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree mandatory, with additional training or workshops related to HR
    • Two years of essential experience in HR field
    • Prior involvement in HR, recruitment, or similar areas
    • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
    • Capability to establish positive relationships with all staff members
    • Strong organizational abilities
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
