    $500 COMMITMENT BONUS, 50% at 3 months and 50% at 6 months

    Requirements:
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • 18 years or older
    • IVP Fingerprint clearance card
    • Pass background checks.
    • GED or high school diploma
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Pass 3-year MVR.
    • Preferred experience with individuals with autism or other disabilities, behaviors
    • Reliable transportation

    Physical Requirements:● Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
    ● Physical agility to lift 50 pounds minimum, to shoulder height
    ● Must be able to bend, to stoop, to sit on the floor, to climb stairs, to walk and to reach overhead
    ● Hear and understand speech at normal classroom levels, outdoors and on the telephone
    ● Speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in normal classrooms, outdoors and on the telephoneWorking Conditions: ● Work is performed under the following conditions: ○ Exposure to climate-controlled classroom settings to outside weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat. ○ May involve exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to very loud on occasional to frequent time periods. ○ May involve working in crowded environments.     ● AP4ELC Safety Fundamentals Training Job Responsibilities:● Co-teaching lessons under the Teacher's guidance, leading small groups or individual instruction and discussions, and reviewing classwork
    ● Organizing the classroom and teaching materials, monitoring the classroom during lessons, and minimizing distractions and disruptions
    ● Supervising students in and out of the classroom
    ● Attending to the student's physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs
    ● Provide basic caregiving duties, support, and encouragement in all aspects of development
    ● Helping Teachers and students with extracurricular activities and school functions
    ● Collect data for progress monitoring
    ● Participate in professional development trainings as frequently as once a week
    ● Ensuring the upkeep of educational materials, equipment, and supplies
    ● Daily meetings with classroom teachers - AM and PM
    ● Participate in behavior Training
    ● Participate in student support meetings
    ● Assist with toileting students
    ● Assist with student hygiene
    ● Assist students in getting in/out of vans
    ● Assist students at lunch
    ● Tasks as assigned by teacher/school admin
    ● Ensure classroom safety standards are met at all times Work Schedule: ● Full Time-Day Shift Monday - Friday
