- Assures all policy and procedures regarding food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Orders all supplies for the unit and maintains inventory levels sufficient to supply all areas of the hospital.
- Completes monthly inventory and turns in report on time.
- Prints proper labels, signings, recipes and menus for daily/weekly use.
- Assures Cashiers are following proper procedures, performing audits and closing out registers. In addition ensuring that all required paperwork and deposits are completed following protocol.
- Maintains equipment and work areas assuring any preventive maintenance takes place when needed.
- Ensures all shifts are covered or be prepared to step in and work in position.
- At least 3 years of experience in supervision of cashiers in the retail or hospital setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to obtain your immunization records.
