- Support Partner Solutions, Commercial Strategy team and Sales team on composing and editing sponsorship proposals and sales materials
- Lead aggregation of sales materials across internal Partnership teams and maintain material development timeline with Creative team
- Maintain information reliability across sales platforms and materials in a fast-paced environment
- Lead brainstorms around prospective partners, including research, sending follow up emails on key assets and positioning, outlining deadlines for internal process and staying on deadlines for pitch timing/expectations
- Compose partnership deal term outlines based on partner solutions, sales staff and/or client direction
- Conduct data analysis and find strategic alignment between Sphere and prospective brands for partnership opportunities
- Develop relationships with Global Partnerships team and other internal stakeholders of different internal departments and vet all proposals through appropriate departments for approval and ensure completion of sales process
- Communicate effectively with design team to ensure high quality mockups and presentation materials (videos, slide decks, spreadsheets, and additional materials if needed)
- Create and manage profit-and-loss statements for each prospective partnership
- Coordinate sales meeting setup and internal schedule coordination
- Support Sphere Partnerships leadership on special projects, such as multi-property specific sales initiatives
- 3+ years of marketing/partnerships experience; and preferably sponsorship, experiential, creative advertising, and/or marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree required; business/marketing concentration preferred but not necessary
- Ability to write bespoke deck outlines, create unique sales materials and outline complex partnership activations into concise briefs/decks
- Understanding of the partnership space, overall business and value of partnerships within our industry
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal departments and business partners including sponsors, vendors, and media partners.
- In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint and any other design/proposal software
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

Overview
The Senior Coordinator, Sphere Partner Solutions at Crown Properties Collection (CPC) is responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Sphere Sales & Partnerships department. The senior coordinator's primary responsibilities will be supporting sales executives on their day-to-day business that includes working with the Partner Solutions team and Sphere cross-functional teams on leading the development of sales pitch materials including Sphere in-venue long-term partnerships and transactional Exosphere advertising buys and vetting all proposals through appropriate internal departments.
This role will pay a salary of $36.06/hr.
