    Description

    Overview: As a Senior People Partner, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders and managers across various functions within the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs and develop HR strategies and solutions to address them
    • Provide expert guidance and support to leaders on all aspects of people management, including performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation reviews, workforce planning, and organizational development
    • Lead and support key HR initiatives, such as but not limited to talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement surveys
    • Drive the implementation of HR programs and processes to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, including using data analytics to create insights on trends and HR results and document findings
    • Coach and develop managers to build their leadership capabilities and create high-performing teams
    • Serve as a champion of our culture and values, fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment where all employees can thrive and contribute to their fullest potential
    • Partner with the People team to develop and deliver training programs on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our People practices and processes

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
    • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry

    Strong collaborator who positively contributes to a cohesive team culture

    Proven track record of building strong partnerships with business leaders and driving People initiatives that have a positive impact on business results

    Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge to complex business situations

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making

    Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

    Intermittent travel (<5% of the time) required to company functions such as internal sales meetings, conferences, or events

    California's base salary range for this position is $133,000-$180,000 (highly qualified) a year. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
