Pilot Plant Operator - Le Sueur

This position is responsible for pilot plant equipment and conducting all routine activities as directed by the pilot operations manager while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include learning and applying pilot plant operations SOPs, producing R&D prototypes, cleaning and maintaining all equipment in the pilot plant, operating a forklift as needed,
and communicating job problems and concerns with peers and the pilot plant manager. Additionally,
this role requires performing job duties while utilizing safe operating procedures,
assisting in process troubleshooting, performing other duties as assigned by supervisor,
and working well both independently and with a team. Physical requirements include working at varying heights,
wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria,
