Job Summary
This individual will focus on sourcing recruiting and hiring skilled field employees electricians apprentices and other construction professionals.The ideal candidate is fluent in English Spanish understands the construction electrical workforce thrives in a fast-paced people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting for field positions including electricians apprentices skilled labor Source candidates through job boards referrals community outreach trade schools industry networks Conduct candidate screenings schedule interviews coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers Build strong relationships with field employees hiring managers key stakeholders to understand staffing needs Attend job fairs community events workforce programs to promote career opportunities Develop maintain pipeline of qualified candidates current future needs Partner HR support onboarding new hire orientations workforce integration Ensure compliance company policies employment regulations recruitment processes Maintain accurate records applicant tracking system ATS provide hiring reports needed Performs other duties support projects operations department
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration Engineering Project Management related field Master's degree preferred
- 2+ years recruiting experience ideally construction electrical skill trades industry OR hands-on electrical experience interested pivoting recruiter role
- Proficiency Microsoft Office previous ATS experience
- Must bilingual-fluent English Spanish oral written
