Job summary
The Nursing Administrative Supervisor assumes accountability and management of inpatient units at Lawrence General Hospital. Coordinates standards of care and practice and makes appropriate decisions regarding staffing levels in accordance with patient throughput activity and acuity levels. Provides leadership to charge nurses and staff to ensure optimum use of resources during crises and emergencies.
- Critical care experience preferred.
