    Blue Rose is seeking a Lead Project Manager to support our work with our federal client located in Boise, ID.

    This is an On-site role and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

    Successful candidates will be required to pass a background investigation.

    As the Lead Project Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing a national program for the United States Army National Guard.

    The ideal candidate will be capable of handling complex, multi-faceted projects with a future-oriented approach toward operational and strategic management.

    You will collaborate with senior leaders across the 54 states/territories/District of Columbia (DC) and the National Guard Bureau in the strategic planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of critical initiatives.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor progress against the execution of strategic plans, metrics, and desired outcomes.
    • Identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement to foster a culture of high performance.
    • Manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment with numerous partners and stakeholders.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Candidates must be able to operate at both an operational and strategic level and demonstrate the ability to grow a program


    Candidates must have:

    • Demonstrate track record in leading, organizing, and managing multiple projects effectively, with an eye towards long-term strategy and operational excellence.
    • Experience with or understanding of National Guard operations, with the ability to work effectively within military and federal frameworks.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a role focused on education/training, organizational development, or project management, with a proven record of enhancing organizational capabilities.
    • Ability to engage with both detailed project management and broader strategic planning.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
    • Must be able to pass a background investigation or hold a current or recent security clearance.

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's (preferred) in program development and management, human development, organizational leadership, and/or project management.

    Salary:
    $65,000 - $73,000

    Successful candidates will be required to pass a background investigation.
