Responsibilities
- Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach follow up asking questions learning about their financial needs banking channel preferences Identifies solutions for new existing clients based on their needs effectively engaging communicating with clients Maintains a working knowledge of consumer business banking products services including digital products services Provides consistent optimal client experience greeting clients processing basic transactions Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members partners best serve clients Opens new consumer business accounts completes service requests submits credit applications Proactively educates clients emerging self-service digital products services assist meeting financial needs Leverages available resources technologies optimize client experience serve our clients operational excellence accuracy This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System NMLS registration under terms SAFE Act S.A.F.E.
