    EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND REQUIREMENTS


    Coast has identified the need for a Project Development Coordinator to support the company's development of commercial solar projects by coordinating and managing the development activities, processes, and documentation required to bring projects to Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Commercial Operation Date (COD).

    This individual will work directly with the development team and interface with external partners, including representatives of property owners, utilities, EPCs, and regulatory bodies.

    The candidate will be required to oversee the project coordination efforts of multiple projects simultaneously throughout the development life cycle.

    Project Development

    Facilitate the progression of projects from late-stage origination through NTP by coordinating development, definitive agreements, due diligence, and Coast's internal approvals with team members


    Support preparation and submittal of development documentation, including interconnection and incentive program applications, formal RFPs, entity registrations, permitting applications, etc.

    Maintain project schedules and deadlines throughout development and due diligence


    Support efficient negotiation and execution of definitive agreements by ensuring accurate information sharing between parties, including Coast's legal counsel and external counterparties.

    Improve operational efficiency and scalability within the development team

    Streamline project transitions from NTP system installation management through COD

    Ensure project development team works effectively to complete NTP requirements

    Assist in preparation and submittal of relevant documents ensuring compliance with all utility guidelines

    Foster internal collaboration by developing and implementing processes, procedures, and tools to optimize project development activities to advance multiple projects simultaneously

    Data Management

    Promote thorough, consistent, and accurate data management practices by maintaining Coast's repository of project files and folder hierarchy

    Gather and organizing requisite documentation throughout due diligence, underwriting, and development

    Manage the flow of data across development and project management tools, including the tracking of project documentation for project milestones (e.g., Salesforce and Sitetracker)

    Provide updates and reports on project activities to internal and external stakeholder

    Assist in other responsibilities to support senior management and contribute towards Coast's growth and success.

    Assist to generating best practices for data managements including the assessment and implementation of new systems and tool


    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
    2-4 years of experience working in commercial & industrial (C&I) solar development

    Highly detail-oriented and organized individual with a strength in developing, optimizing, and executing processes

    Exceptional verbal and written communicator towards both internal employees and external partners

    Experience with project management software/tools/programs

    Innovative and organized self-starter with the ability to work autonomously

    Trustworthy, empathetic, and relationship-oriented individual

    Energetic and driven personality who thrives in a high-paced, dynamic, small-company environment
