Hiring a General Dentist for our McAllen office scheduled to start January 2026 We are seeking a talented experienced Dentist to provide quality dental care in a collaborative and supportive dental practice Our teams perform preventative restorative endodontic and surgical procedures that fall under the general dentistry scope We keep patients under one dental roof while you get to work side-by-side with a Specialty Dentist Benefits for FT Providers Healthcare Benefits Continuing Education 401k Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations diagnose dental problems Develop implement personalized treatment plans for patients Perform wide range of procedures fillings cleanings extractions root canals Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices post-treatment care Provide prescriptions for patients as needed Maintain accurate confidential patient records including Xrays treatment histories Refer patients to specialists like orthodontists oral surgeons complex treatments Ensure all work is compliant with safety OSHA infection control standards Qualifications DMD DDS from accredited dental school Active unrestricted state dental license or in process of obtaining license upon graduation CPR BLS certification DEA certification NPI number Western Dental Services Inc all relevant affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers
