Job summary
The Accountant supports PA Inclusive and Coffee Inclusive's mission by ensuring accurate financial operations across the organizations.Maintain reconciled updated general ledger for all PA Inclusive service lines and locations.Prepare monthly quarterly financial statements for leadership Board review.Process journal entries accruals adjustments accurately timely.Assist in development annual budgets projections.Support month-end year-end closing activities.Reconcile revenue received from ODP OLTL OVR other payors.Verify service documentation aligns with billing reports funding streams.Collaborate Program Directors resolve discrepancies units attendance authorization usage.Process vendor invoices reimbursements subscriptions recurring expenses.Manage check runs maintain accurate payment records.Record incoming payments deposits revenue allocations.Monitor AR aging coordinate follow-up when necessary.Prepare monthly bank reconciliations resolve variances.Reconcile restricted unrestricted funds required.Track expenditures grants fundraising restricted donations.Ensure accounting practices align GAAP nonprofit regulatory standards.Maintain audit-ready records external auditors state monitoring ODP reviews.Assist grant reporting financial documentation requests.Support internal control implementation ensure compliance PA Inclusive policies.Provide financial insights program planning expansion strategic initiatives.Partner Human Resources Program Directors Coffee Inclusive leadership ensure accurate financial coding documentation.Assist processing payroll benefits enrollments deductions setup correctly.
