    As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our Sales Team. This position requires collaboration with our Solutions Team, Sales Team, and customers to understand the customers filtration needs and the ability to design turn-key custom air filtration systems to meet those needs. Successful candidates must enjoy working in a team environment and must possess outstanding organizational skills as well as advanced written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of ACGIH recommended practices, experience in designing air filtration systems, and some experience in estimating.

    What you'll do:

    Participate in Application Team Meetings to review the Applications Log, review new requests, and collaborate on solutions.

    Create filtration solutions for assigned projects.

    Coordinate with Inside Sales and Solutions Sales Directors to obtain missing project information.

    Participate in customer meetings as requested.

    Work on assigned project estimates using a pre-existing Excel-based estimation model.

    Visit job sites and collect data.

    Contact vendors for pricing

    Review Solutions Hotline e-mails and respond accordingly.

    Participate in project handoff meetings.

    Participate in Quote Strategy Meetings.

    Complete other projects as assigned.

    We believe you'll have:

    Associate or bachelors degree in engineering preferred.

    2-5 years experience working in industrial air filtration.

    Deep understanding of ACGIH recommended practices.

    Experience working closely with sales teams.

    Experience communicating with internal teams on quotes and project details.

    Vendor management and pricing.

    Ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure.

    Extremely detail-oriented and accurate with quotes and numbers

    Proficient in Excel

    Strong communication skills both verbal and written as well as experience providing customer service.

    Excellent time management skills and extremely detail-oriented.
