Our exciting client seeks an experienced commercial lender to join their growing financial institution.As an entity that lives and breathes 'We Care' to its members and employees, this is an excellent opportunity for a lender to make a difference daily.
This key position will be responsible for maintaining and servicinga realestate-focused commercial loan portfolio, developing newbusiness, and underwriting, structuring, and re-structuring commercial loans.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prospect new and existing commercial loansManage a portfolio of assigned commercialrelationshipsInterview applicants to determine loan requirements and gather pertinent information for loanapplicationsAnalyze applicants' financial status, credit, and asset evaluation to determine the feasibility ofloanStructure loans withinMBLloan policyPrepare and present new loan approval requests, annual reviews, modifications, and extensions to the appropriate approvalauthorityReview loan documentation before closing for completeness and acceptance by theapplicantEnsure timely loan closings and fundingactivitiesMaintains a positive working relationship with members, credit union staff, local professionals, centers of influence, community organizations, etc.
