- Billing, A/R, A/P, and GL management and entries
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
- Document business processes and policies to maintain internal controls
- Some administrative duties such as petty cash resolution and more
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
- Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficient with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite inclusive of Excel and Quickbooks or other financial software.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration is preferred.
- Two years of accounting experience required.
