    We are presently seeking a Corporate Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for preparing and provide management with accurate financial information.

    As a successful Corporate Accounting Assistant, you will:

  • Prepare, maintain and present reconciliations of corporate reimbursements and vendor allocations.
  • Maintain general ledgers including reconciliations of key accounts.
  • Process journal entries such as accruals and reclasses to ensure books and records are complete and accurate.
  • Review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable postings to ensure items have been posted to proper entities, proper general ledger codes, and with proper descriptions and amounts.
  • Prepare and track management fee calculations.
  • Perform special projects and/or other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in a group.
