    What you'll do:

    The key function for this role will be to manage the technical portion of new client implementation and conversion projects acting as the IT point of contact between external stakeholders and our company. This individual will be responsible for data mapping, testing, and documentation of interfaces between us and our clients and will build and retain a deep understanding of how our information systems work.



    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Skilled in making our clients information systems work with our information systems
    • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Database structures and query generation
    • Collaborate with application teams and infrastructure analysts to deliver solutions to complex mapping and workflow problems
    • Create, maintain, and keep detailed documentation of integration processes including field mapping, transformation logic, data sources, etc.
    • Develops, publishes, and manages technical project plans, providing estimates for each phase based on project scope
    • Coordinates technical facets of projects with team members across the organization
    • Schedules and facilitates meetings during all phases of the project, both internal and external
    • Leads requirements gathering and assist in design; including the creation of process flows and documentation in accordance with project stakeholder feedback and contractual requirements
    • Provide subject matter feedback to Company management related to future partnerships
    • Effectively identifies project challenges, escalating if needed and communicating status updates to all parties; including executive management
    • Understand and adhere to Company information, security, and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Manual, and client-specific publications.

    Education/Skills/Experience required to be successful:

    • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years previous experience
    • Ability to understand computer interfaces and map interfaces between different computer systems
    • 3-5 years experience integrating systems, and working with FACS application
    • Understanding of healthcare and financial services industries
    • Strong project management and planning skills
    • Knowledgeable of the FACS application
    • Knowledge of the probate process a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as a team
    • Ability to communicate effectively in either written or oral form; maintains attention and actively listens to other's ideas and thoughts
    • Demonstrates willingness and excitement to face new challenges; presents ideas that demonstrate ability to adapt to change
