We run an influencer management agency for social media and are looking for a Talent Manager to occupy a role ASAP if they fit the criteria and pass interviews. We look forward to hearing from you

Job Description:

An experienced talent agent or manager within the social media/influencer industry, representing influencers of all sizes at the agency, with leadership experience, and connections in the Beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage both inbound and outsourced social media campaigns and sponsorship for influencer clients assigned to the company.

Build relationships and partnerships with brands and agencies to further enhance partnerships with clients and companies.

Negotiates compensation for proposed scopes of work

Assist clients during in-person events and travel when needed.

Manage and assist with day-to-day requests and questions from junior agents in relation to campaigns and communication.

Develop new growth strategies and opportunities for company and clients as needed.

What to bring (Job Requirements):

3+ years experience as an influencer agent or manager.

3+ years experience in social media/influencer marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in multi-tasking and leadership skills.

Some project management experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools.

Associates degree or higher preferred.
