    One of our amazing affiliates, Alvarium Personal Care LLC, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the roles of FULL-TIME Food Services Dietary Aide at Harmonycrest Personal Care.

    Which a long-term care facility, is located in Birdsboro, PA.

    It provides a structured and supportive menu of services to allow every resident to remain as independent as possible while having access to help when they need it.

    No experience is required - we offer on the job paid training.

    * $15.00 hourly rate
    * $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time

    • Schedule: 7am-3pm. Working every other weekend.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prep and cook the food.
    • Setting tables appropriately
    • Serving food to residents
    • Informing residents of menu choices
    • Delivering meals in timely manner
    • Clearing and washing tables
    • Performing various tasks as assigned by kitchen supervisor
    • Following ServSafe Guidelines to prevent time/temperature contamination.

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
    • Ability to communicate verbal and written
    • Ability to deal with emergencies calmly and efficiently
    • Understanding standards related to food, service and cleanliness
    • Ability to work irregular hours and demonstrate flexibility.
