    Position Summary:
    The Commercial Inspector is responsible for generating new commercial business through outbound prospecting and in-person networking. This is a Business-to-Business sales role focused exclusively on acquiring new accounts. The right candidate will be a self-motivated professional who thrives in a hunter-style role-creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads.
    Although The Bug Master does not provide leads, we do provide the tools to support your success: CRM access, company laptop and phone, business data, outreach platforms, marketing materials, and training.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new commercial clients through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals

    • Conduct thorough on-site inspections to evaluate property needs and prepare service proposals

    • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as property managers, facility directors, and business owners

    • Present tailored service solutions and close new commercial service agreements

    • Maintain a consistent and well-documented sales pipeline using the company CRM

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

    • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service
    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in an outbound or self-generated sales role

    • Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close new business

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities

    • Comfortable with cold outreach, field sales, and face-to-face prospecting

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
