- Performs working knowledge of publishing concepts, grammar, writing and editing practices, and style format requirements of the Bureau to prepare and present information (e.g., regulations, reports, industry circulars, correspondence, etc.) in a clear manner and at a level appropriate for the intended audience.
- Plans the work, develops analytical methods, and resolves all but the most complex problems in presenting the written information.
- Follows precedents from similar written products to write and edit complete and accurate materials.
