    This is a commission only position

    Hours: 8 – 6pm with one hour for lunch non negotiable

    Responsibilities:

    Licensing:

    Work diligently to obtain the necessary licensing, utilizing our comprehensive mortgage license training program.

    Production Goals:

    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production goals and quotas set by the company, demonstrating a commitment to achieving success in the mortgage industry.

    Client Interaction:

    Provide borrowers with a white-glove customer service experience with clear instructions on completing the loan application, either through online applications or scheduled phone appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process.

    Communication:

    Promptly respond to all communications directly from borrowers or third parties (realtors, attorneys, etc.), maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the loan process.

    Software Utilization:

    Acknowledge that information within Loan Origination Software (LOS) will be the primary data source for commissions/payroll, sales contests, call quotas, and performance metrics.

    Training and Development:

    Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance your knowledge and skills.

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Loan Coordinators, to ensure a seamless and efficient loan origination process.

    Adaptability:

    Understand that responsibilities and tasks may evolve over time. Be open to changes, additions, and modifications in response to the dynamic nature of the mortgage industry.

    Key Must Have's:

    Option one:

    Must be very driven

    Previously in some sort of sales capacity

    Aggressive and motivated to learn and win

    Candidates do NOT have to have a Loan officer license to apply.

    Previous loan officer experience, highly preferred.

    Option two:

    Loan Officer OR Loan officer assistant who wants to become a loan officer.

    If not licensed in MI, will train and pay for getting licensed.
