  • Some Key Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Prepare and maintain a work station including proper labeling and dating, as well as cleanliness
  • Follow standardized recipes
  • Maintain proper protein internal cooking temperatures
  • Check the quality of ingredients, as well as monitor stock and advise of shortages
  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Proven experience as a cook
  • Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina, standing for a minimum of 8 hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
