    Immediately hiring for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MEDICAL SALES

    Position type:
    Full-time/Direct Hire


    Location:

    REMOTE
    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MEDICAL SALES
    REGIONALLY REMOTE- PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, drivable or flyable to Exton PA. They would ideally like someone local but will hire remote if necessary.
    Salary
    • $80k + Bonus (Total comp can be as high as $137k)
    MUST have Electrical/ Safety sales experience

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures and safety requirements of our customers.
    Vigorously identify, qualify, pursue, and close business opportunities with new and existing customers.
    Engage with various stakeholders in the Healthcare System Maintenance ecosystem.
    Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS tools for lead generation and customer interaction.
    Report weekly on sales activities, keeping the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
    Ability to gain support from colleagues across teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.
    Document activity in a timely and accurate manner in CRM.

    Other Duties

    Attend company events related to sales and new business acquisition.
    Assist in the review and development of technical and marketing collateral.
    Travel to customer sites as needed.

    Requirements


    3 years' experience in a sales or business development role as an electrical manufacturer providing equipment into the healthcare (Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Center, etc.) or critical infrastructure segments.

    4-year degree from accredited institution
    Powerful desire to develop new business
    Experience navigating a matrixed organization
    Effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
    Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
    Must be experienced with Microsoft Office tools and CRM tools
    Familiarity with the function and usage of basic low voltage electrical distribution equipment
    Experience working with and through a third-party representative network preferred
    Some knowledge of the electrical construction industry and electrical grounding principles preferred
