    In this role, you will be responsible for working on a number of strategic planning exercises, road-mapping long-term cyber initiatives over H1,2&3, collaborating across technology and business functions, analyzing and presenting cyber security data and insights to various senior leaders and their teams.

    You will work closely with the leaders across the enterprise, the cyber security teams and other business units to develop and maintain metrics, dashboards and reports that measure the effectiveness and performance of the cyber security program.

    You will also provide recommendations and feedback to improve the cyber security posture and maturity of the organization.


    Responsibilities:


    Collect, validate and analyze cyber security data from various sources, such as HPNow, logs, alerts, incidents, audits, assessments, surveys, etc.

    Drive and support the execution, measurement and completion of large Cyber programs across the enterprise


    Create and maintain metrics, dashboards and reports that provide visibility and insight into the cyber security status, trends, risks and opportunities of the organization.

    Assist in the development of long-term Cyber Security roadmaps that align to the strategic requirements and goals of the enterprise


    Present and communicate cyber security data and insights to various audiences, such as senior leadership, cyber security team, business units, auditors, regulators, customers, etc.


    Collaborate across the enterprise, the cyber security team and other business units to identify and prioritize cyber security goals, objectives, initiatives and projects.

    Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of the cyber security program and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

    Research and benchmark cyber security best practices, standards and frameworks and apply them to the organization.

    Stay updated on the latest cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, trends and technologies and share them with the relevant stakeholders.


    Education and Experience Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or related field, or equivalent work experience

    CISSP, CISA and/or CIM designations/certifications

    At least 10 years of practical experience in cyber security


    Knowledge and Skills:
    Extensive Cyber and IT security knowledge.

    Extensive understanding of Cyber and IT security risks, threats and prevention

    Proven ability in developing Cyber roadmaps over Horizon 1, 2 and 3

    Demonstrated strategic communication skills and experience to senior leader audiences

    Ability to collaborate and stakeholder across multiple functions and teams within a Fortune 100 company

    Demonstrated ability to drive and lead large complex programs across a variety of functions and teams


    Deep understanding of cyber security and cyber technologies, such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, threat intelligence, incident response, etc.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, manipulate and interpret large and complex data sets

    Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.

    High attention to detail and quality, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports.

    Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
