- Review stocked items daily and replenish as necessary.
- Review non-stocked items daily and add to inventory in accordance with ordering policies.
- Review all non-returnable parts processed in parts database, daily.
- Provide assistance to all branches. This includes inventory control queries, returns, backorders, and problem solving.
- Ensure parts-replacement updates are accurate and completed daily.
- Monitor and maintain stock of new equipment in territories according to recommended stock list.
- Complete inventory control projects as assigned.
- Coach and provide guidance to fellow inventory control analyst.
- Assist Inventory Control Manager in monitoring and maintaining literature purchasing from CAT and process customer's invoices, both internal and external.
- Associate Degree
- 2 or more years of experience in related field, Caterpillar Parts Operations
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in related field, preferably with Caterpillar Parts Operations.
